Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data on orbprotrading.com. Last updated 1 September 2026.

Who we are

ORB Pro ("we", "us") operates the website orbprotrading.com and distributes the ORB Pro trading software. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@orbprotrading.com.

What data we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum:
  • Contact details you provide — when you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message.
  • Technical data — our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Payment data — subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never receive or store them.

The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use contact data to respond to your enquiries and provide support (based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you), and technical data to operate, secure and improve the site (legitimate interest). Payment and subscription data is processed to perform the contract when you subscribe.

Who processes data on our behalf

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business:
  • Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payments, subscription billing, invoicing and tax as Merchant of Record.

Links to third-party sites (such as our verified profile on Kinfo) open externally; we do not share your personal data with them.

International transfers

Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep contact correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Billing records are retained by our payment provider and as required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new revision date.

This privacy policy is a general template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch. It does not constitute legal advice.
